Once the order is confirmed and delivered it can’t be refunded.

If you think you have ordered the wrong article or, for any given reason, you don’t like your purchase, merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets the following requirements:

• All tags and original packaging must be attached
• Merchandise must be unworn and undamaged
• The Order ID must be attached

Bearing in mind the intimate nature of our products, standards of hygiene must be maintained. Therefore, certain items will NOT be exchanged. These include body shapers, and hot belly belts, men’s magic vests. Kindly ensure your order accordingly. In case of an exchange, the customer will dispatch the product and we will send a replacement as soon as we receive the parcel.

Nature Nerd Organics provide 30 days return policy.If you have a valid issue with an item from company’s end and are not satisfied, we can replace the product for you with zero shipping costs. If your reason for the return is valid, you will be sent the replacement items within 3-5days.

If you have a valid issue with an item from your end and want to return or replace the product , we can replace it for you with additional shipping cost.Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Customer needs to return the package via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
